Courtney Fadjo Biro, owner of CFB Growth Consulting LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in e-commerce.
For nearly 20 years, Ms. Biro has established herself as an esteemed figure in the worlds of advertising, marketing and public relations. In 2023, she opened CFB Growth Consulting LLC, a firm through which she offers clients guidance on revenue growth, business optimization, marketing strategies and more. Prior to this, Ms. Biro was associated with Zenni Optical for almost five years, first as a senior director of growth marketing and later as the vice president of growth marketing. Her eight-year tenure with VSP Global began in 2011 as a consumer marketing manager, with later promotions to communications manager of strategic marketing campaigns and direct-to-consumer senior marketing manager. Ms. Biro’s extensive experience includes time as a marketing and project management consultant at Collins Communications, an advertising account executive at Greenhaus, a marketing communications specialist at the Arc of San Diego, a lead recruitment and marketing specialist at Conde Group Inc., and a contractor at Emery Advertising Inc. Her career began in 2005 with a contractor role at Cassle Communications.
Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Biro is particularly proud of her work in vision insurance. During a time of major insurance market changes in 2012, she played a key role in creating a new category, brand and product of direct-to-consumer vision insurance. Ms. Biro also prides herself on having fought for equitable changes in the workplace of many of the companies where she has been employed, such as implementing improved parental leave policies. Her efforts were recognized by the VSP Eye Pledge campaign, and she was presented the Community & Government Relations Award for the Sacramento Region by the International Association of Business Communicators in 2012. Ms. Biro credits her success to her commitment to continual learning, her people-first approach, and the support of her executive coach.
In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Biro is a devoted wife and mother to one son. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and practicing meditation. Looking ahead, Ms. Biro is eager to embrace opportunities for collaboration with CFB Growth Consulting LLC that can make lasting change. She hopes to address unmet needs in such sectors as consumer products and health care.
