Mr. Garcia has built up the fundamentals of a strong career in small business entrepreneurship. Beginning as an engineering trainee with TierraTech in 2015, he established himself as a professional with a keen understanding of the automotive field. Mr. Garcia later took on such roles as quality inspector for Hutchinson, quality engineer and process engineer for NSK, corporate quality engineer for AGP eGlass, and quality and continuous improvement engineer for Sloan Valve Company. In 2023, he accepted the position of senior supplier quality engineer for glass and mechanism at Lucid Motors, where he tracks quality issues for a wide range of products and suppliers. Concurrently with this, Mr. Garcia launched Garcia L&T LLC in 2023. Through this consulting firm, he collaborates with small businesses in need of assistance to start or expand their operations, with a particular focus on Hispanic-owned businesses.
Inspired by role models like Muhammad Ali and Bruce Lee, Mr. Garcia’s professional life is driven by well-developed ideas. Well before beginning his vocational journey, he published an e-book titled “Simple Steps to Impact Your Life,” where he attempted to make a positive impact by providing readers with advice on how to find fulfillment. That same desire to help people has been a key factor in Mr. Garcia’s work with Garcia L&T LLC. He has developed a framework he calls “the Six Fundamental Pillars to Start Your Business,” which he references to guide clients on leadership, sales, marketing and other strategies necessary to succeed as an entrepreneur.
Beyond his career, Mr. Garcia is a loving husband and father to one son. He enjoys reading and practicing Brazilian jiujitsu in his free time. In planning for the future, Mr. Garcia is primarily focused on spending more time with his family. However, he also hopes to continue helping small businesses and plans to pursue more new business ideas of his own in the years ahead.
