She credits her success to her role as a mother of four daughters. She has worked tirelessly to demonstrate the values of hard work, perseverance, and self-sufficiency, especially during challenging times like the market downturn. During this period, her family faced significant financial strain. Undeterred, they operated their business from home, often working day and night to overcome these hardships. She views these experiences as an opportunity to teach her daughters the importance of faith and resilience.
Looking ahead, Ms. Molitor is preparing for her youngest daughter to step into her role as part of the company’s exit strategy. Her daughter has been actively involved in various aspects of the business, from interacting with financial institutions to forging new connections and embracing the digital evolution of client relations. To ensure a smooth transition, she plans to reintroduce in-person client meetings, allowing her daughter to learn firsthand the nuances of client engagement and the importance of relationship-building. In advising aspiring professionals, she emphasizes that running a business isn’t solely about making money but about creating lasting relationships. She encourages others to focus on building trust, making informed decisions, and consistently delivering their best work. By doing so, she believes businesses can create a legacy that extends to future generations.
