Mr. Schiavone’s added expertise in project management, construction management and negotiation has been equally critical to his success in the industry.
Beginning his career with Long Beach Mortgage in 1990, Mr. Schiavone worked as a loan officer on the retail side of the business and then as a senior branch manager until 1996. He also held similar roles with United PanAm Mortage Corporation and Aames Funding Corporation before venturing into business ownership for the first time as the founder of American MortgageBanc between 2001 and 2010.
Mr. Schiavone has held a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in finance from California State University in Long Beach since 1990. He has also been a licensed real estate agent and broker since 1994 and holds credentials as a real estate-owned certified Chicago short sale specialist and certified probate real estate specialist. Active in his professional community, Mr. Schiavone is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the Pacific West Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Reflecting on his success, he notes his foundational years in business management, training and managing teams, as well as his sense of professionalism and responsibility to serve clients with the best possible service. In recent years, Mr. Schiavone has focused more on providing high-quality service and establishing a personal brand than anything else, reflecting his dedication to excellence and accountability.
