Additionally, he has been the president and chief executive officer of Forged Authority Manufacturing Solutions since 2022, focusing on metal manufacturing for clients. Before becoming a business owner, Mr. Poole garnered success as an industrial engineer I with Allsteel Inc. from 2013 to 2014 and then as a manufacturing engineer II with the organization until 2016. He also held positions at HNI Corporation as a corporate project engineer between 2016 and 2017. In 2017, Mr. Poole was acquired by HSM as a plant general manager before becoming a project engineer at Deere & Company from 2021 to 2023 and a plant manager at Zero Zone between 2023 and 2024.
Intrigued by the manufacturing industry since his teenage years, Mr. Poole became fascinated by the manufacturing process, particularly in the power sports and automotive sectors. While in high school and college, however, he focused on gaining experience in construction and pursued advanced education in this area before ultimately returning to his passion.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Poole received a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering in 2013 and a Master of Science in industrial management in 2015 from the University of Central Missouri. He has also held Lean Six Sigma certification as a green belt through the university since 2015. Mr. Poole’s education has been instrumental in his professional accomplishments and leadership ability.
Civically invested, Mr. Poole has supported numerous food pantries, cancer awareness groups and other local charities. He previously volunteered with the West Liberty Volunteer Fire from 2014 to 2017 as a firefighter and emergency medical technician, and with the Cascade Fire Department as a firefighter between 2017 and 2018. Mr. Poole is grateful to be able to give back to society in such a capacity and draws significant rewards from it.
Mr. Poole’s contributions have been recognized with several U.S. patents in mounting systems for truck beds. He received notoriety by being featured for his inventions in The Herald in 2019. Among other accolades, Mr. Poole received a Second Place Award in 2019 and a 30 Under 35 Award in 2022 from the Specialty Equipment Market Association. He credits his success to the unwavering support of his family, friends, business partners and teams. He also notes his substantial expertise in industrial engineering, manufacturing and lean manufacturing, and the management and human dynamics aspects of business ownership.
