U.S. Energy & Supply LLC, established in 2017, provides rental equipment, iron recertification services, and supply solutions to the oil and gas industry, with locations in Midland and Longview, Texas. His prior experience includes working as a sales representative for P&W Sales Inc. from 2014 to 2021. Reflecting on his journey, he began his career after withdrawing from a community college in Kilgore and relocating to Midland, Texas. He joined P&W Sales Inc., a supply company, starting as a driver and warehouse employee before advancing to the role of sales representative. While working there, he founded US Energy & Supply in 2017, laying the groundwork for his entrepreneurial endeavors. In 2021, he left P&W Sales Inc. to expand US Energy & Supply by establishing two additional divisions focused on hydro testing and supply services. Since then, he has dedicated his efforts exclusively to his company, enhancing its supply chain capabilities and fostering growth.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Dixon is an active member of Oilfield Helping Hands, a nonprofit charitable organization comprised of volunteers devoted to providing financial assistance to oilfield workers in financial crisis. Reflecting on his path, he takes great pride in his ability to leverage the extensive networks he has cultivated throughout his career. By fostering strong customer relationships and consistently delivering exceptional results, he has elevated his company’s reputation and driven substantial growth and success. He attributes his success to the power of networking and the invaluable relationships he has built over time. He emphasizes that relentless hard work and unwavering dedication have been essential in reaching his goals. He believes this approach will not only enhance the company’s reputation but also contribute positively to the local economy. He advises, “Find out what you’re good at and who your market is. Then, figure out a way to capitalize on that market.” He also stresses the value of staying observant and open to opportunities, noting that there is no shame in starting small and building a strong foundation for future success.
