Active in her professional community, Ms. Motta is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the National Fire Protection Association and the National Association of Professional Women. Her commitment to her field has been recognized with several accolades, including a Public Service Award of Excellence in 2021 and a Spirit of Leadership Mentor of the Year from the San Bernardino County Management and Leadership Academy in 2023.
