He emphasizes that portfolio fluctuations, including dips of 10% to 30%, are a normal aspect of investing. Using the analogy of a yo-yo ascending a staircase, he conveys that while there are inevitable ups and downs, the overall trend can lead to long-term growth. While consistent appreciation cannot be guaranteed, he reassures clients that staying invested increases the likelihood of positive outcomes. He takes great pride in cultivating a deeply satisfied and loyal client base, viewing their achievements as a testament to his approach.
