Beginning his career as a commercial carpenter at The Bouma Corporation in Michigan in 2000, Mr. Kadiric became the co-president at Unlimited Drywall LLC in the same area from 2005 to 2010. Subsequently, he served as the president and chief executive officer at Titan Interiors LLC. Mr. Kadiric continued to advance when he relocated to Chicago with E&K Companies Inc. as a project manager in 2019 before serving as both a project manager and operations manager at Heartland Acoustics & Interiors from 2019 to 2021. Throughout his remarkable career, Mr. Kadiric’s portfolio includes several notable projects, including the Grand Valley Student Housing, the Tanger Outlet Mall and the FSU University Center.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Kadiric received an Associate of Applied Science in architectural and building sciences and technology from Grand Rapids Community College in 2005. He also became Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30 certified at the University of California San Diego in 2019. In addition to his educational background, Mr. Kadiric remains relevant in his industry as a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry, and the Ceilings and Interior Systems Construction Association. Honoring his achievements, he and his work have been featured in the Grand Rapids Business Journal, Walls & Ceilings, and Construction Dimensions. He was also named among the Top 50 Walls and Ceilings Contractors in Walls and Ceilings Magazine in 2016 and received an Excellence in Construction Award for the exterior finishing of the Hilton Garden Inn in Grand Rapids in 2017. Mr. Kadiric attributes his construction, project management, business development and entrepreneurial skills to his unwavering loyalty to the company, customers and community.
