Since 2020, he has excelled as the president of Spring Back Colorado, a nonprofit organization established by his late father, Christopher, in 2011 that is dedicated to aiding individuals through addiction recovery and reintegration into society via mattress recycling. Assuming leadership of the aforementioned organization following his father’s unfortunate passing, Spring Back Colorado has expanded its reach throughout the state during his tenure, cementing itself as the largest mattress recycling company in Colorado. Based on the principle of helping others, Spring Back Colorado notably diverted and recycled more than two million pounds of unwanted materials from local landfills in 2024 alone.
Mr. Conway’s dedication to helping individuals through addiction recovery and reintegration into society is evident in his efforts to provide stable housing, transportation, and healthcare resources for program graduates. After achieving a significant revenue milestone in 2024, he was able to fully support the needs of his more than 200 employees while simultaneously providing them with critical life skills, which enabled the organization to further grow. Proud to aid in their recovery as well, Mr. Conway partners with a number of esteemed recovery organizations to offer additional counseling services and support even beyond their program completion, including the Stout Street Foundation, the Silver Lining House, and the Volunteers of America.
Before assuming his current role, Mr. Conway honed his skills in various positions across several different industries. In 2019, he worked as a marketing specialist at Hygge Power, where he contributed to the company’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to this post, he served as the vice president at Cocorilla in the Greater Los Angeles Area from 2016 to 2019, where he played a pivotal role in business development and sales strategies. His tenure at SpenDifference in the Greater Denver Area from 2013 to 2016 included his advancement from a communications intern to a marketing manager and brand curator, showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in diverse posts. Beginning his career with a business development internship with the American Society of Bariatric Physicians in 2013, Mr. Conway subsequently completed a communications internship at SpenDifference and was appointed as a logistics and brand manager at the Strategic Experimental Group.
Mr. Conway’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his career achievements. Garnering his certification as a TEFL instructor from Jungmanova Learning Institute in Prague, Czech Republic, in 2011, he subsequently earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication and media studies and Spanish with a minor in business from Colorado State University in 2012. Further enhancing his wealth of expertise, he obtained another certification in business administration and management from CU Denver Business School in 2014. These academic experiences have equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate complex business environments and foster meaningful connections within his community.
Beyond his primary endeavors, Mr. Conway is actively involved with industry-related organizations such as Cascade Alliance and the Mental Health Center of Denver. His commitment to civic engagement is further demonstrated through his volunteer work with the Denver Rescue Mission and his participation as a panel member for Valley Hope. Mr. Conway has also shared his expertise as a speaker for the Goodwill ReMerge Program and taught English and volunteered at various schools and orphanages in Southeast Asia.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Conway is incredibly dedicated to his family, including his loving wife, Natasha, and his two wonderful daughters, Lily and Charlotte. He additionally devotes his leisure time to engaging in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, fly fishing, playing golf and pickleball, and snowboarding.
