Working diligently to coordinate with lenders and manage pre-loan applications for borrowers, her California-based national business serves as a private money/hard money lender, offering various types of investment loans to clients, including fix-and-flip and rehabilitation loans. Ms. Lancaster’s commitment to her business is evident as she balances full-time work during the day with her real estate endeavors during the afternoon hours.
Leveraging her expertise within the industry, Ms. Lancaster founded Jade Peak Properties LLC in 2023, a venture focused on mid-term rentals, flips, tax delinquents and more. This initiative was born out of her desire to remain active during retirement while generating income and helping others secure housing.
Ms. Lancaster’s professional journey began with her service in the U.S. Air Force, where she served her country and spent four years as a dental assistant. This experience instilled in her a strong sense of discipline and resilience, qualities that have been instrumental throughout her career. Ms. Lancaster later acquired subsequent roles in Los Angeles County, California, and in federal civil service, where she has dedicated 25 years and is now considering retirement in the next few years.
Building on her success, Ms. Lancaster pursued higher education at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business and management. In addition to her formal education, she acquired a range of professional credentials that have further enhanced her expertise in real estate and business management. These include broker certification from The Lee Arnold System, training certifications from Leaders Inner Circle and Lance Edwards Group, as well as specialized certifications such as fix-and-flip training and certified rehabilitation specialist. These designations reflect Ms. Lancaster’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Further attesting to her dedication is Ms. Lancaster’s involvement in the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association, underscoring her commitment to staying informed and connected within the industry. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is actively engaged in civic activities, namely volunteering at a local dog shelter.
Ms. Lancaster attributes much of her success to the values instilled by her strict upbringing and the determination fostered by her military experience. Her mother played a pivotal role in shaping the ethics and morals that guide her today. This foundation has propelled Ms. Lancaster to achieve significant milestones in both her personal and professional life.
Recognizing her achievements, Ms. Lancaster received awards such as the Overseas Service Ribbon for her service in the U.S. Air Force and a 25-year Certificate for her dedicated civil service. Looking ahead, she aims to expand her two companies while planning for retirement. Ms. Lancaster envisions relocating to Arizona, where she plans to continue investing in real estate and pursue her passion for traveling. Although she recognizes that the industry can be challenging, she notes it is crucial to be proactive and keep pushing forward to clarify and achieve one’s goals.
