Ms. Smith, the owner of Quantum Shift AI, established her venture in 2025 to address the growing need for artificial intelligence (AI) integration in education and business. Providing turnkey professional development and programming for non-technical students, including the flagship curriculum “AI for Young Entrepreneurs,” her mission is to bridge the AI literacy gap in education and to help scaling real estate founders build companies that no longer depend on them for survival.  Through Quantum Shift AI, she provides training and resources to school districts, teachers and homeschoolers, focusing on the ethical use of AI in classrooms and lesson planning. Ms. Smith’s work also includes developing tools to help educators detect student use of AI in assignments and empowering educators to utilize AI as a creativity accelerator, a personalized learning assistant, a research and innovation tool, and a workforce-readiness bridge.

Dedicated to alleviating concerns about AI in the workplace, Ms. Smith draws parallels to earlier apprehensions about computers replacing jobs. She emphasizes the potential of AI to enhance creativity and communication, preparing clients for a future where technology is integral to learning and business operations. Focusing on measurable business outcomes, she also enables clients to predict their monthly revenue, tighten variance in deal flow, clean pipeline visibility, remove administrative necessities for daily approvals, and focus on strategic leadership instead of operational insurance.

Since 2012, Ms. Smith has also served as the chief executive officer of 3 Bears Real Estate LLC. In this capacity, she has lead real estate acquisitions, operations, and dispositions while building a diverse portfolio that includes rental properties and wholesaling activities. Ms. Smith’s leadership has been instrumental in expanding the company’s reach and reputation in the real estate sector while alleviating the financial burden homeowners often face.

From 2010 to 2015, Ms. Smith operated as an independent business owner under Legal in a Moment, providing legal document preparation services. This role allowed her to develop a keen understanding of client needs and further honed her entrepreneurial skills. Ms. Smith’s earlier professional experience included serving as a biology and science teacher in the Allentown School District between 2008 and 2009. During this period, she helped students in understanding complex systems, including ecosystems, cellular biology, and environmental interdependence.

In 2007 and 2008, Ms. Smith worked as an independent contractor for the Easton Family YMCA in Pennsylvania, supporting youth programs and community initiatives. She began her teaching career at Willowglen Academy in 2003, where she taught students and supported their academic growth.

Ms. Smith’s educational background has been foundational to her multifaceted career. Her academic journey began with an Associate of Science in engineering from Northampton Community College, completed in 1994. She later earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and biology, and a Master of Education in secondary education and teaching, from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2001.

To further enhance her expertise, Ms. Smith obtained a certificate in educational technology from Wilkes University in 2009 and, that same year, completed coursework in technology in education and educational/instructional technology at Arcadia University. These credentials have enabled Ms. Smith to remain at the forefront of educational technology advancements.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Smith has been civically engaged as the secretary for Cruisers for the Cross and for Motorcyclists for Jesus Ministries since 2014. She is also active as a fundraiser and volunteer with Save the Children, reflecting her commitment to service and community involvement.

Ms. Smith attributes her achievements to resilience and determination developed through personal adversity. Balancing academic pursuits while raising three children instilled strong time management skills and perseverance. Ms. Smith’s unwavering commitment to her goals has also been central to overcoming challenges throughout her career.
