Mr. Carver is recognized for his success and expertise in leadership development, marked by nearly two decades of progressive responsibility and influence across multiple organizations. Since 2016, he has served as the founder and president of Lean Leaders Plus in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this capacity, Mr. Carver coaches clients, manages sales and marketing initiatives, develops consultants and executes strategic plans for the company.

Widely recognized in his field, Mr. Carver is praised for his ability to design and tailor highly effective programs for clients. Among his most significant achievements at Lean Leaders Plus was transforming a plant in Mexico, where, within just a year and a half, he doubled output and built a passionate, effective leadership team. This accomplishment had a substantial impact on both operations and culture. Mr. Carver also takes pride in developing what he considers the world’s best people leadership program, driven by his belief that influencing leaders creates a multiplying effect on countless lives.

Before founding Lean Leaders Plus, Mr. Carver was a managing director, executive coach, consultant and change leader at Lean Partners from 2010 to 2016, serving clients across Iowa, Minnesota and Dallas-Fort Worth. In this role, he honed his skills in adaptive change processes and leadership coaching, which became central themes in his later work. Mr. Carver was also a lead consultant with PDG Consultants, Inc., in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area of Minnesota between 2008 and 2016, where he contributed to major projects, such as the Lean Transformation Project in 2013.

Mr. Carver’s foundational years were spent at Sauer-Danfoss, now Danfoss Power Solutions. Hired as a design engineer in 1997, he then became a Six Sigma black belt in 2001 and a Six Sigma master black belt in 2003 before serving as a quality and continuous improvement manager from 2005 to 2008. These positions allowed Mr. Carver to develop deep expertise in process improvement methodologies and operational excellence.

Highly educated, Mr. Carver holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University of Science and Technology since 1997 and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, now Minnesota Carlson, University of Minnesota, since 2010. These academic achievements have provided a strong foundation for his analytical approach to leadership development and organizational transformation. Beyond his formal education, Mr. Carver has been an American Society for Quality-certified Six Sigma black belt since 2008 and an Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Pty Ltd.-certified organizational coach since 2023.

Active in professional organizations, Mr. Carver has been a member of the American Subcontractors Association North Texas since 2013. He has also been involved with Rise Up Kings, a program designed for Christian businessmen seeking to grow in faith, leadership and business. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Carver has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to civic engagement. He has taken on leadership roles within local church groups as a connections leader, life group coach and men’s group facilitator. He has also volunteered for food drives to support community needs and served as a loaned executive for United Way USA and United Way Worldwide.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Carver is an accomplished book author and keynote speaker. His book, “Your Leadership Currency of TCR: Gain Ultimate Influence by Building Trust, Credibility and Respect,” published in 2025, encapsulates his thought leadership on trust, credibility and respect as foundational elements of effective leadership. Mr. Carver regards this publication as his most significant contribution to the field.

Mr. Carver attributes much of his success to the quality of his delivery and the strong partnerships he has built with clients throughout his career. Looking ahead, he aims to expand his business while making a significant impact on leaders worldwide by helping them understand their influence and how to enhance it for greater positive effect on those they lead.
