Shaun Quin, President of Stewards Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for his leadership and contributions across the financing, real estate, and insurance sectors. 

Mr. Quin’s career reflects entrepreneurial leadership, strategic vision, and a focus on disciplined execution across multiple industries. In 2019, he assumed the role of president at FAVO Capital Inc., now known as Stewards Inc., where he has guided the company through a period of significant operational and platform expansion. Arriving in the United States shortly before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Quin identified an opportunity to support small and mid-sized businesses during a time of economic disruption. Under his leadership, the company expanded into revenue-based financing, providing working capital to approximately 15,000 businesses across 45 states and participating in approximately $1.2 billion in financing activity.

In 2023, Stewards attracted strategic foreign investment from a South African asset management firm with institutional backing, enabling further expansion of its private credit platform. This partnership supported continued funding for U.S. businesses while delivering returns for investors. In 2024, Mr. Quin initiated preparations toward a Nasdaq uplisting, reflecting his long-term vision for public-market readiness and enhanced governance.

In addition to his role at Stewards Inc., Mr. Quin has been involved in real estate investment and operations through Beach House Property Company, where he has overseen property management and investment activities since 2018. He has also served as a partner at Unifi Africa, contributing to the development of short-term insurance solutions within emerging markets. 

From 2019 to 2023, Mr. Quin served as president of FAVO Group and FavoFunding, overseeing strategic initiatives that strengthened the organization’s performance and reputation in financial services. Prior to that, he served as chief executive officer at RLT Atwood, guiding corporate operations and business development initiatives. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Quin spent eight years as managing director at SUPERSPAR Waterfall, part of the SPAR Group in South Africa, where he played a key role in retail operations and profitability initiatives until the business was sold. He also served as director at IT Intellect from 2004 to 2010, contributing to national sales expansion and helping lead a team that won the Microsoft Worldwide Innovation Award in 2010. 

Mr. Quin completed his schooling in Durban, South Africa, and attended Kearsney College in 1999. He remains active in professional organizations including the Forbes Business Council and YPO and was appointed to the Young Business Council in 2025. He is also involved in philanthropic efforts supporting families, community organizations, schools, and local initiatives in Africa and the United States. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Quin has received recognition for leadership and innovation, including the Microsoft Worldwide Innovation Award in 2010 and the Young Manager Award in 2015. He attributes his success to a disciplined, high-level approach to strategy, risk management, and long-term value creation.
