Shaun Quin, President at Stewards Inc., Partner at Beach House Property Company, and Partner at Unifi Africa, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements and leadership in the Financing, Real Estate and Insurance Industries.

Mr. Quin’s career has been marked by entrepreneurial leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to innovation across multiple sectors. In 2019, he assumed the role of president at FAVO Capital Inc., now known as Stewards Inc., where he has led the company through a period of exponential growth. Arriving in the U.S. just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Quin recognized an opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses during a time of economic uncertainty. Under his leadership, FAVO entered the revenue-based financing sector, providing critical funding to approximately 15,000 companies across 45 states and participating in about $1.2 billion in financing.

In 2023, FAVO attracted significant foreign investment from a South African asset management hedge fund, which raised capital from state pension funds to invest in U.S. businesses. This partnership enabled further expansion, helped small businesses thrive and generated returns for investors. In 2024, Mr. Quin initiated the process to take FAVO public on Nasdaq, reflecting his vision for continued growth and public market presence. The company’s portfolio is valued between $150 million and $160 million.

Beyond his role at Stewards Inc., Mr. Quin has served as a partner at Beach House Property Company, where he has actively managed real estate and property management operations in South Africa since 2018. His responsibilities include overseeing investments, guiding company growth and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic market. Additionally, since 2016, Mr. Quin has served as a partner at Unifi Africa, contributing to the development of short-term insurance solutions and expanding the company’s reach within the financial services sector. His expertise in identifying market opportunities and building strong business relationships has been instrumental in driving the organization’s success.

From 2019 to 2023, Mr. Quin excelled as president of FAVO Group and FavoFunding, overseeing strategic initiatives that enhanced the organization’s overall performance and reputation in financial services. Before his work with the FAVO entities, he served as the chief executive officer at RLT Atwood from 2018 to 2019, overseeing corporate operations and guiding business development. Between 2016 and 2019, Mr. Quin was a partner at Quality Foods for Trade & Industry Group S.A.E., focusing on expanding food distribution networks and enhancing supply chain efficiencies.

From 2010 to 2018, Mr. Quin served as the managing director at SUPERSPAR Waterfall, part of the SPAR Group in South Africa. He played a pivotal role in retail operations alongside his father, implementing strategies that improved profitability and customer engagement until the company was sold.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Quin was the director at IT Intellect from 2004 to 2010, where he contributed to national sales growth as part of a family business that held Microsoft Gold Learning Solutions Partner status in South Africa. In this capacity, he oversaw expansion into three major cities and led the team that won the Microsoft Worldwide Innovation Award in 2010 for developing a product for Microsoft Office, supported by a pre-training campaign for South Africans.

Mr. Quin’s professional journey began after completing his schooling in Durban on the east coast of Africa. He subsequently completed coursework at Kearsney College in South Africa in 1999.

Active in prominent professional organizations, Mr. Quin remains affiliated with the Forbes Business Council and YPO. He was also appointed to the Young Business Council in 2025. Civic engagement is also an essential aspect of his life. He supports programs serving approximately 600 families each month in Africa and contributes to local churches, sports organizations, schools and police departments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Quin has been recognized for several notable achievements, including winning the Microsoft Worldwide Innovation Award in 2010 and the Young Manager Award in 2015 during his tenure at the SPAR Group. He attributes much of his success to his ability to take a high-level perspective when navigating complex business dynamics, connecting opportunities, people and circumstances with strategic insight.

Looking ahead, Mr. Quin aims to create value for investors, stakeholders and shareholders by building out his platform through collaboration with trusted partners and team members developed over recent years. His goal is for Stewards Inc. to become a mid-cap or top-tier entity listed on Nasdaq while continuing to grow into a billion-dollar enterprise.
