In 2025, Ms. Hall also took on the role of account executive at Aerial Heroes, where she continues to apply her expertise in technology and business development. The company focuses on capturing photography and video via drones by military veteran drone pilots. That same year, Ms. Hall also briefly served as V2D VHA liaison for Vets to Drones, further demonstrating her commitment to integrating veterans into emerging technological fields.

From 2013 to 2020, Ms. Hall excelled as the chief executive officer and visionary at Rohi Technology Inc., where she led the company through significant growth and innovation. Her leadership was instrumental in positioning the organization at the forefront of technological advancement. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hall worked as a senior systems sales engineer at Sun Microsystems, now Oracle. During this tenure, which spanned between 1993 and 1997, she successfully restored the White House communications system, a notable professional accomplishment.

Before her time at Sun Microsystems, Ms. Hall was a senior systems sales consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation, now Compaq, from 1990 to 1993. She also worked for Wang Laboratories between 1987 and 1990, serving as a systems consultant for the intelligence group, providing critical support for intelligence operations.

Ms. Hall’s early professional experience included roles with Analytic Sciences Corporation and Trident Data Systems, where she honed her analytical skills and deepened her understanding of complex technological systems. Her distinguished career began with service as a program analyst for the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1983. This foundational experience instilled in Ms. Hall a strong sense of discipline and commitment to public service, qualities that have defined her subsequent achievements.

Ms. Hall is an active member of Disabled American Veterans (DAV), reflecting her ongoing dedication to supporting fellow veterans within the industry. For 15 years, she has served as an advocate, supporter and service officer for the organization. Deeply involved in civic activities and advocacy work, she has also volunteered at the VA Medical Center and was credited with creating a veteran support group to help other veterans navigate their transition and understand available resources within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, Ms. Hall volunteers with Soldiers’ Angels and contributes to breast cancer organizations.

In recognition of her achievements, Ms. Hall has received numerous honors, including Top Performer awards and accolades from The American Legion, AMVETS National Headquarters and DAV. She credits her success to her faith, unwavering beliefs, strong ethical standards and inherent leadership abilities, all of which have guided her through each stage of her professional journey.
