Title: Owner
Company: The Glass Guru Enterprises Inc.
Location: Warner Robins, Georgia, United States
Kenneth A. Meredith, Owner at The Glass Guru Enterprises Inc, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements and leadership in the Glass Restoration and Repair Industry.
Mr. Meredith is the owner of The Glass Guru Enterprises Inc., a business he established in Warner Robins, Georgia, in late 2012. For more than a decade, he has overseen the company’s growth and operations, providing residential and commercial glass repair services, including window, door, shower, tabletop and storefront glass solutions. Mr. Meredith’s expertise encompasses foggy window repairs, heavy-glass shower installations and comprehensive window replacements.
Among a range of responsibilities at the helm of his company, Mr. Meredith manages daily business activities, schedules and crew assignments while maintaining direct engagement with customers to assess needs, prepare estimates and address service concerns. He works hands-on with installation crews to support complex or corrective projects and supports real estate transactions through timely repair and replacement of damaged glass. Additionally, Mr. Meredith manages commercial accounts, including providing glass services to Robins Air Force Base Civil Engineering, and promotes the business through customer engagement and local marketing efforts.
Before founding his franchise, Mr. Meredith spent over five years at Flint Energies, an electrical power company based in Georgia. There, he specialized in system operations, leveraging technical skills acquired during his military service to work effectively in substations and manage various aspects of the power grid.
Mr. Meredith’s professional journey is deeply rooted in his distinguished military career with the Georgia Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force. Enlisting in 1984, he served for 20 years, including nearly a decade on active duty before returning to complete his service with the National Guard. As a certified technician in cable and antenna maintenance, Mr. Meredith developed technical skills that proved invaluable in both the military and civilian sectors.
A graduate of Middle Georgia Technical College, now Central Georgia Technical College, Mr. Meredith has held an associate degree in electronics since 2008. This academic foundation provided him with essential technical knowledge that supported both his military responsibilities and subsequent roles in system operations.
Active professionally, Mr. Meredith is a member of several industry-related and civic organizations, including the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce and the Robins Regional Chamber.
Having garnered expertise spanning glass restoration services and foggy window repair to water-stain removal, screen repair, heavy glass and frameless showers, tabletops and much more, Mr. Meredith’s commitment to excellence has established him as a respected authority in his field. His success in the industry has been reflected in numerous accolades, including early exposure when he was profiled by House & Home Media in 2014, and later with a Best of the Best award in 2020 and 2021, a Distinguished Guru Award in 2024, and a Best of Middle Georgia award in 2024 and 2025.
Among Mr. Meredith’s most notable achievements, however, was his military service, which included multiple overseas deployments. During the Gulf War, he participated in a mission enforcing a no-fly zone over northern Iraq, which led to his deployment to Aviano, Italy, where he assisted in establishing an aircraft operations base. While on active duty in Turkey at the outbreak of the first Gulf War, Mr. Meredith was actively involved in several operations. When the second Gulf War began, he was recalled to the Air National Guard and initially deployed to Germany, where he helped establish an Air Warfare Center before serving in Bahrain and Kuwait.
Mr. Meredith earned several Commendation Medals for his service, including recognition for contributions during Operation Enduring Freedom, where he spent significant time deployed in desert environments. He was also recognized as a Hometown Hero by General Craig R. McKinley, Chief of the National Guard, in 2006, and featured in G.I. Jobs magazine as a veteran franchise owner in 2024, a distinction highlighted by a commemorative plaque.
Attributing much of his success to lessons learned from hardworking parents, particularly his mother, who owned a flower shop for over 30 years, Mr. Meredith credits her example with teaching him invaluable business principles. He also emphasizes unwavering dedication to work, consistently striving to deliver exceptional customer service and recognizing the importance of positive client reviews for sustained business growth. Mr. Meredith’s transition into entrepreneurship was motivated by a desire for more fulfilling work beyond indoor assignments at the power company. With a strong background in construction and a preference for hands-on outdoor opportunities, he identified The Glass Guru Enterprises Inc. franchise as an ideal opportunity that aligned with his interests and experience.
Eager for the future, Mr. Meredith acquired another territory, with plans to potentially open a new location north of his current base in Georgia while continuing to serve that area from his existing operation until expansion occurs. He envisions eventually stepping back from daily management responsibilities so that his son, who currently works alongside him, can assume leadership of the business. When that happens, Mr. Meredith will remain involved as a silent partner overseeing ownership and management functions.
