Mr. Albright worked at both the car lot and a steel mill before seizing the opportunity to assist with recovery efforts in New Orleans, Louisiana. Purchasing a used truck for just $600, he led a team to install blue tarps on damaged roofs and later took on restoration work, gutting hurricane-damaged homes for $20 an hour. This hands-on experience introduced Mr. Albright to the world of home renovation and set him on a path toward making a meaningful impact.
Mr. Albright’s professional history began with military service in the U.S. Army from 2004 to 2005, where he developed discipline and leadership skills that would serve him throughout his civilian career. He also completed college coursework, which provided foundational knowledge that supported his growth in business and construction management.

Mr. Albright attributes his success to his unwavering faith, which provided strength during challenging times, and to his deep commitment to prioritizing employee and customer well-being over profits.
Looking ahead, Mr. Albright intends to continue growing Express Bath LLC while upholding its founding values. He also plans to step back operationally at an appropriate time so he can spend more time with his grandchildren and the rest of his family while ensuring that the company’s positive legacy endures.
