Mr. Brown’s professional journey began with distinguished military service as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005. He was deployed at the onset of the Iraq War and completed three deployments at various locations throughout Iraq. The discipline and values instilled during Mr. Brown’s time in the U.S. Marine Corps, including honor, courage and commitment, have been instrumental in shaping his approach to business ownership and personal growth. He credits these principles, along with determination and drive, for enabling him to persevere through challenges that often deter others from achieving long-term success as entrepreneurs.
Following his military service, Mr. Brown collaborated with his father-in-law on several construction projects in Michigan and Florida before ultimately transitioning fully into the construction industry after his tenure in security. His early exposure to building alongside his father fostered a lifelong proficiency with tools and construction techniques.
Beyond work, civic engagement has been very important to Mr. Brown. He is an active attendee at Sunday church services, reflecting his commitment to his religious community. Mr. Brown has also been a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association since 1995.
Among his military honors, Mr. Brown received a Certificate of Commendation in 2003 and a Navy Achievement Medal in 2005. Family has played an influential role throughout his life and career. He draws inspiration from his wife, their three daughters, and their extended family, who supported their transition to new communities after military service.
