In this executive position, he managed large-scale technology procurement strategies and fostered relationships with key stakeholders to optimize sourcing processes globally. Earlier, Mr. Ritter served as an IT procurement manager at Alcority in Dallas. From 2021 to 2022, he oversaw procurement operations and ensured alignment of information technology acquisitions with organizational objectives.

Mr. Ritter gained experience at Toyota North America in Plano, Texas, from 2020 to 2021, serving as an IT procurement consultant. Earlier in 2020, he worked as a category manager at PrimeSource Building Products in Irving, Texas. Mr. Ritter was tasked with managing product categories and developing sourcing strategies that contributed to the company’s operational efficiency.

From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Ritter served as a senior sourcing manager at AT&T in Dallas. His leadership was pivotal in supporting the AT&T Mobility Core Network and Mobility Probe business units. Mr. Ritter also owned and operated RMG for five years, starting in 2006, helping small- to medium-sized businesses scale via marketing strategies. He began his professional journey as an account executive at the Dallas-based advertising company Tic Toc in 2004.

Mr. Ritter’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with a minor in marketing from the University of North Texas, completed in 2007. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in 2012 and a Master of Science in supply chain management in 2014 from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Ritter further enhanced his professional skill set by earning an effective listening certification from LinkedIn in 2022.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Ritter is civically engaged as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Teens for Tots. Through these organizations, he has demonstrated his commitment to giving back to the community and beyond.

Particularly proud of his ability to assist others through innovative solutions across various sectors, Mr. Ritter notably contributed to the redesign of a safety hard hat for AT&T, which is now in use by the company, and led implementations of software-defined networks and information technology virtualization for Williams Racing. His tenure at Dorilton Capital included work on augmented reality initiatives, and most recently, he helped Auto Specs Glass Repair secure its first national account. These achievements underscored Mr. Ritter’s commitment to delivering value and supporting project teams with creative problem-solving.

In recognition of his accomplishments, Mr. Ritter received two President’s Pins, one from President Barack Obama and one from President Donald Trump, highlighting his impact across administrations. He attributes his ongoing success to optimism, integrity and dedication to his field.
