Since 2014, Mr. Kelly has served as a partner at Landmark West, Build Holdings LLC, in Kamas, Utah. In this capacity, he manages a team of six project managers and oversees between 25 and 30 concurrent projects. His responsibilities also include leading daily morning calls with project managers and ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards and the timely achievement of project milestones. Mr. Kelly has been instrumental in building and maintaining contractor networks and developing successful business strategies.
Mr. Kelly’s most notable achievement at Landmark West is cultivating a strong organizational culture that values people above architectural accomplishments. This ethos permeates all aspects of the company’s operations and extends into the broader Park City, Utah, community.
Adding to his diverse expertise, Mr. Kelly became a partner at Uinta Adventures in Park City in 2020. Through this venture, he provides adventure rentals that align with his appreciation for outdoor activities and the Western lifestyle.
Among other ventures, Mr. Kelly has been a partner at Mix’Place in Park City since 2023. In this role, he contributes to the development and growth of a unique restaurant concept, reflecting his commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, Mr. Kelly expanded his entrepreneurial pursuits in 2025 by partnering with Warbonnet Hat Company in Park City. Here, he applies his passion for Western culture and rodeo to produce high-quality hats, further intertwining his personal identity as a cowboy with his business endeavors.
Mr. Kelly’s career history previously included his work in market development at Sunroc Building Materials, Inc., now Sunpro, from 2011 to 2016. During this period, he gained valuable sales experience by working with lumber, doors, moldings and millwork. Mr. Kelly’s entry into the construction industry was catalyzed by this work, in which he developed industry relationships and honed the skills essential to managing large-scale projects.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Kelly pursued his passion for rodeo as a professional rodeo clown and bull fighter. These roles not only showcased his courage and resilience but also deepened his connection to the rodeo community, a connection that continues to influence both his family life and business philosophy.
Mr. Kelly’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in marketing and business management from Utah Valley University, completed in 2008. The knowledge acquired through this program has been integral to his achievements in business strategy, team leadership and operational excellence across all ventures.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Kelly is actively involved in civic organizations and philanthropic initiatives. He has been the founder of the Stay Centered Foundation since 2026. Today, his enthusiasm for entrepreneurship remains evident in every custom home, restaurant, adventure rental, hat production and horse sale associated with his businesses.

Among his goals, he plans to increase personnel and project volume at Landmark West, franchise Mix’Place restaurant due to its strong niche appeal and expansion potential, and drive significant revenue growth at Warbonnet Hat Company, while upholding the quality standards and cultural values that define his approach.
