For over 15 years, he has served as an independent representative and financial services professional with Primerica, where he is responsible for seeking new clients, managing paperwork, advising on investment options and overseeing a range of financial instruments, including individual retirement accounts, Roth individual retirement accounts and annuities. Mr. Weaver’s expertise in financial needs analysis has set him apart in the industry, enabling him to guide clients toward effective solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
During his tenure at Primerica, Mr. Weaver achieved notable milestones that reflect his commitment to excellence and professional growth. Advancing from representative to division leader, he continues to work toward regional leadership while mentoring team members to build successful part-time or full-time businesses. Before transitioning to financial services, Mr. Weaver built a robust career in electrical design and project management. From 2017 to 2022, he served as a senior electrical designer at Power Design Inc., where he oversaw multimillion-dollar projects, including some approaching $500 million, and excelled at identifying client needs and designing effective building systems. Mr. Weaver’s ability to manage complex assignments and deliver results positioned him as a trusted leader in the field.
Between 2013 and 2017, Mr. Weaver worked as an electrical designer and project manager at Steven Feller P.E. PL. He also excelled as a senior electrical designer for construction administration at FAE Consulting from 2012 to 2013, where he continued to hone his skills in managing large-scale engineering projects. Among other professional opportunities, Mr. Weaver worked as a senior electrical designer at Mechanical and Electrical Design Associates Ltd. between 2009 and 2010, following an extensive tenure at Kamm Consulting in the same position from 1998 to 2009. Earlier, he gained success as an electrical designer and project manager at Steven Feller P.E. PL between 1989 and 1998, and as an electrical drafter with Henz Vathauer, starting in 1985. Throughout these roles, Mr. Weaver consistently demonstrated the ability to lead teams, manage complex projects and deliver value-driven results.
Mr. Weaver’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional journey. After graduating from Boyd Anderson High School, he completed studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1979 and Broward Community College’s North Campus in Coconut Creek, Florida, in 1981. Additionally, Mr. Weaver completed coursework in mechanical engineering at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton in 1982.
In addition to his college studies, Mr. Weaver’s commitment to continual learning is reflected in his certifications. He has held a life insurance and annuities license in Florida through Primerica since 2010, a Series 6 investing license from Primerica Financial Services Inc. since 2010, an Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30 certification from Power Design Inc. since 2019, and a customer experience CX program certification from the University of South Florida in 2021.
Mr. Weaver has contributed thought leadership as a keynote speaker at the Realty 2.0 Conference. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is civically engaged as an associate pastor with a local church and serves on the ambassador committee within his community, reflecting his dedication to service and leadership outside the workplace. Earlier, Mr. Weaver contributed to the University of South Florida as a member of the customer experience steering committee for the Muma College of Business from 2021 to 2023.
