From 2020 to 2022, Ms. Morris excelled as a 340B analyst specializing in compliance and optimization at Rochester Regional Health in New York. Her responsibilities included ensuring adherence to federal regulations governing the 340B Drug Pricing Program and implementing strategies to maximize program efficiency. Between 2018 and 2020, Ms. Morris was a senior compliance analyst at Rochester Drug Cooperative Inc. in New York. Ms. Morris’s tenure at the Higher Education Loan Authority of the State of Missouri (MOHELA) marked significant milestones in her career. Before this accomplishment, Ms. Morris worked as a reporting and reconciliation analyst at MOHELA from 2014 to 2015, where she was responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity across financial reports. Early in 2014, she served as a pre-conversion specialist at MOHELA in Chesterfield, Missouri, facilitating seamless transitions during system upgrades. Among her earlier positions, Ms. Morris worked as a conversions specialist with 5C security clearance at MOHELA in Chesterfield from 2012 to 2014 and as a customer service representative, between 2011 and 2012, specializing in student loan counseling.

Ms. Morris’s academic background has been instrumental in shaping her professional journey. Her academic pursuits began with an associate degree in liberal arts and sciences from Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York, in 2006. Ms. Morris later acquired a bachelor’s degree in general psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2009 and a Master of Arts in business psychology from the University of the Rockies in 2011.

Initially aspiring to become a psychologist, Ms. Morris redirected her career path after recognizing the prevalence of mental health challenges among professionals during her studies. Motivated by this realization and determined not to sideline her undergraduate education, she pursued graduate studies in business psychology, a decision influenced by emerging trends within the field and her growing fascination with organizational behavior.

Ms. Morris’s volunteer work with MOHELA’s accounting department early in her career helped her build valuable connections that ultimately led to opportunities in compliance analysis. She has since become deeply committed to civic engagement. Ms. Morris serves as a youth volunteer for church activities, supporting high school students on Friday nights and middle school students on Sundays, and contributes annually to Day of Hope initiatives, such as back-to-school drives and food distribution events.
