Beyond his corporate commitments, Mr. Sandhar has contributed to academia for more than a decade as a part-time lecturer at his alma mater, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, since 2014. Previously, he served as vice president of finance at Flossbar from 2021 to 2022, where he directed financial planning and analysis.
Mr. Sandhar co-founded This is Betsy Inc. in 2019 while concurrently serving as controller at ProSmile in Iselin, New Jersey, until 2021. Earlier, he was a controller at Choice Home Warranty from 2016 to 2019 and an advisor for Totally Square Records during those years, following an advisory role at Smartbulance Inc. in 2016.
Among numerous other leadership roles, Mr. Sandhar served as consulting chief financial officer and advisor for Krush NY Inc. in Brooklyn from 2017 to 2018, as chief financial officer at Dental Health Associates PA (now ProSmile) from 2015 to 2016, and as director of finance at Maxwell Health in New York and Massachusetts from 2014 to 2015. He also advanced through a series of progressive roles at KnowledgePoint360 between 2006 and 2014, building the foundational expertise that would inform his later achievements.
Mr. Sandhar earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, in 2006 on a full scholarship. He later graduated with an Executive Master of Business Administration in finance from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in Newark in 2014.
Active in his community, Mr. Sandhar has served as a board member of the Pennsylvania Homecare Association since 2024. In this position, he applies his financial and operational expertise to advance the organization’s mission and values, and gives back every opportunity.
Mr. Sandhar credits much of his success to the unwavering support of his family, particularly his wife’s encouragement during the pursuit of his advanced degree while working full-time and welcoming their daughter into the family during that period.
