From 2006 to 2010, Ms. Steigleman served as the executive director of Save It Forward Inc., an organization dedicated to community support initiatives. She first owned and operated Bates Northern Farm for over five years, beginning in 1994. Ms. Steigleman’s diverse background also included years in law as a litigation paralegal at Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC in New York between 1984 and 1990.
