Having accumulated 25 years of experience, Mr. Butler is a proven expert in the field of business management and employee development. Well-versed in various administrative practices, he currently serves as the managing principal of Relevate, which he co-founded in 2017. Relevate is a management consulting company that specializes in technology solutions, project management and employee training. In his leadership role, Mr. Butler primarily sets the direction for his business by broadening company engagement and seeking out new employees.
Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Butler excelled as the vice president, director of innovation, and collaborative project deliverer for Transforming Construction Solutions in 2017. Throughout the beginning of his career, he worked with Intel Corporation, originally joining in 1998 and operating as an innovation manager until 2017. Ever committed to his professional endeavors, Mr. Butler has also remained active as a member of the Lean Construction Institute since 2014. Additionally, he regularly volunteers within his community, participating within the Chandler Christian Church and the education committee of the Arizona Builders Alliance. Likewise, Mr. Butler’s company often works alongside the Special Forces Foundation.
Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Butler cultivated a formal education. Beginning his studies at The University of Arizona, he earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1998. After beginning his professional career, he subsequently continued his academic pursuits at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he achieved a Master of Business Administration in 2006. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Butler also holds several pertinent certifications, including in Procore administration from Procore Technologies Inc.
In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Butler has largely attributed his success to his dedicated work ethic and willingness to learn new things. Furthermore, he is thankful for his ability to look at projects from the outside with a unique perspective and explore new methods for using them in construction. Accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have started his own company, which now works at the international level, with offices in North America, Europe and Asia. In the coming years, Mr. Butler looks forward to further helping others and growing his business.
