Drawing on more than 20 years of practiced expertise, Mr. Hesher has cultivated a career of excellence in his chosen field. Specializing in commercial and industrial energy, he has served as the president of Renewable Energy Systems LLC since 2008. Prior to his current appointment, he excelled as an engineering manager for the Colfax Corporation (now Enovis) between 1998 and 2000. He also operated as a mechanical engineer for research and development at Ampath Industrial. Ever committed to his industry, Mr. Hesher remains affiliated with several pertinent organizations, including the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, where he maintains his position as the vice president, and the Indiana Distributed Energy Alliance.
As part of his professional endeavors, Mr. Hesher has acquired several U.S. patents for new developments in his industry. To wit, he notably worked on a new municipal valve seal project with McCray Refrigeration at the Kendallville wastewater management facility in 2021. Adjacent to his primary duties, he also maintains his dedication to civic advocacy, regularly volunteering at his local church. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Hesher pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering at Purdue University in 1994. He subsequently achieved a Master of Business Administration at the Indiana Wesleyan University in 2003. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Hesher was previously honored with the Governor’s Award.
