Hailing from more than 15 years of experience in his chosen field, Mr. Peters has distinguished himself through his leadership role at VRF Technologies, a contracting company specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, maintenance, restoration and ongoing service, as well as the titular variable refrigerant flow technology. The company is, most notably, a Diamond Commercial Contractor, which denotes its status as a certified provider of Mitsubishi HVAC products. Bearing a particular specialization in the aforementioned services, as well as forensic investigations and training contractors, Mr. Peters is responsible for overseeing the overall flow of business operations and providing supervision for his employees.
Mr. Peters previously earned distinction at RW Mead Co. from 2005 until 2018, during which time he rose from an apprenticeship to serving as a superintendent. He also garnered a wealth of expertise with various VRF, hydronic, steam and solar technologies. Outside of his primary career endeavors, he served with the U.S. Navy for more than five years in Iraq and Afghanistan, departing at the rank of an internal communications petty officer. It was during this time that he cultivated an interest in heating and cooling systems – particularly in renewable energy sources.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Peters avails himself on behalf of the local Jewish community as a volunteer HVAC expert. He also generously donates on behalf of programs for veterans, and has volunteered his time and energy at various homeless shelters in his local region. Furthermore, Mr. Peters remains affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America as an Eagle Scout.
Presently, Mr. Peters leverages his wide breadth of experiences toward serving as a mentor for young entrepreneurs, for whom he is regularly invited to deliver inspirational speeches. Likewise prolific as an inventor, he holds 15 patents in his field, for which he has garnered the attention of numerous investors from Japan and Korea. In accounting for his overall success, he largely credits the assistance of his local union organizations, which were of immeasurable importance in helping to establish his own company.
