Prior to his present position, he was active with Eurofins Bioanalytical Services as the global director of quality and regulatory affairs from 2016 to 2018 and the director of bioanalytical operations from 2018 to 2019. He had also formerly served as a quality systems engineer and management representative with Insituform Technologies from 2008 to 2010 and the director of quality and regulatory affairs with Handi-Craft Company from 2010 to 2016. Mr. Paddock began his career as a quality and validation engineer with BioMerieux between 1999 and 2008.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Paddock pursued an education at Lindenwood University, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management in 1999. He attributes his success to his approach, his personality, and the opportunity to bring a fun and welcoming attitude to his work and customers. Among the many achievements of his stellar career, he is incredibly proud of reaching the $1,000,000 mark in sales in less than a year after purchasing Love Is Blinds from his Uncle, and has nearly reached $2,000,000 mark in yearly sales. Looking toward the future, Mr. Paddocks hopes to continue finding success with Love is Blinds at a larger scale as he continues to grow the business, which he also aims to keep in the family in the coming years.
