Before immigrating to the United States, she worked as a principal for 19 years and also served as a consular in her home country. In 2002, she transitioned from education to entrepreneurship and established ownership of MCC Cleaning and Maintenance Services, and in 2021 formed MCC Supplies, LLC. She continues to thrive in both positions.
Attributing her success to the passion she has for her work, Ms. Cerceau utilized this asset to earn a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the Federal University in Brazil in 1984. She takes great care in the way she interacts with her clients by being honest and building relationships. She also emphasizes the importance of showing love and respect for her employees, which cultivates a culture of positivity in the workplace.
Ms. Cerceau is associated with a factory in Brazil that shares her philosophies about business, and both approach their work passionately and enthusiastically. Together, they plan to expand their businesses by opening a new factory in the United States. This expansion will allow her to explore new opportunities and escalate their wholesale operations.
Ms. Cerceau contributes to the business community by acting as a member of the Fort Lauderdale Board. She maintains a personal ideology that citizens need to observe and take care of our ecosystem and teach children to recycle. When she is not working, she dedicates her time and attention to traveling.
