Prior to this, from 1987 to 1996, he served as the owner, chief creative officer, and investor at Welinder Advertising in Sweden. Furthermore, from 1997 to 1999, he held the position of executive creative director at JWT.

Mr. Goodson’s professional pursuits extend beyond his corporate endeavors. He co-founded Inplural, where he currently serves as a co-founder, contributing to product and organizational innovation. He grew up and completed his education in Canada before moving to Japan for work. Subsequently, he lived in Sweden for a decade and then spent seven years in the Netherlands before settling in New York and then opening offices in Brazil, UAE, Singapore, and India.
