With over 25 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Rauscher specializes in the field of health and wellness. She currently excels as the owner and founder of Exclusive Studio One to One Pilates, Personal Training, Nutrition since 2017. In this role, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training and nutrition plans, providing guidance in pilates, personal training, and nutrition, and tailoring programs to meet each client’s unique needs. Prior to this, she was the owner and founder of Fitraining from 2010 to 2013. She began her career as a fitness instructor certified by the Spanish Gymnastics Federation in 1995. In addition to her primary vocation, she has maintained her involvement with the Worldwide Women’s Association since 2024 and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for 20 years.
Laying a solid foundation for her future success, Ms. Rauscher pursued an education at Universidad de Granada, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in physical education in 1995. She continued her academic efforts at Marc Bloch University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in human movement studies in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in exercise science in 2002. She also completed several certifications, including fitness instructor certification from the Spanish Gymnastics Federation, a Personal Trainer FISAF Certification, certified Merrithew Stott Pilates Instructor Level 1, certified Cross Cultural Trainer Level 1, and certification as in Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 2. She is also multilingual, speaking Spanish, French, and English.
Ms. Rauscher has also contributed to the field through her creative works, such as co-writing the “Guide of Detroit” for French Expat Families and “Promovoir l’activité Physique de Jeunes: Elaborer et développer un project de type ICAPS,” which translates to “How to promote Physical activity with young people: how to create a project INPES” in 2011. She also authored “La economía de fichas en un club deportivo: Propuesta de aplicación sobre una escuela de voleibol. Formación permanente e Innovación: experiencias profesionales en la enseñanza de la educación física” and “La táctica del voley playa,” in the Journal of Volley-Ball Spanish Coaches in 1995.
Reflecting on her career, Ms. Rauscher initially intended to teach physical education in Spain. However, during her college years, she served as the second trainer of the college volleyball team, igniting her passion for the industry. After starting a family and moving to various countries with her husband, she established a personal training studio in Switzerland, operating out of her own home for five years until she and her husband relocated to the United States.
A standout moment in Ms. Rauscher’s career was establishing her own personal training studio, which allowed her to make a significant impact on her clients’ lives. She attributes her success to her comprehensive education and ability to communicate effectively with clients. In the coming years, she plans to continue expanding her studio and contributing to the fitness and wellness industry.
