One example is when he successfully thwarted a cyber-attack targeting a client by using a backup system to restore any missing or corrupted files. He attributes his success to his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, starting each day with prayer and seeking guidance from his faith in decision-making.
In the coming years, Mr. Werner is focused on expanding his company, particularly following the recent hiring of a talented veteran from his alma mater, computercareer.edu. He is passionate about supporting and assisting veterans in any way he can. In advising those entering the IT field and aspiring to entrepreneurship, he emphasizes the importance of hard work. In relation to the use of artificial intelligence, he likens its use to opening Pandora’s box. While it is a powerful tool, it also poses exploitation risks, emphasizing that the key is to harness technology for positive impact. In advising aspiring professionals, he notes that just as doctors continue to learn and grow after medical school, IT professionals must continually expand their knowledge and skills, stating that the IT field is vast and ever-evolving, and continuous learning and practical experience are essential to navigating its complexities.
