Mr. Eiberger has been buying and selling land independently since 2008, though his firm, Onnit Realty Group, has was established in 2019. With a broader 20-year career in sales and nearly two decades in real estate, he has dedicated the past six years to working full-time in the industry. Onnit Realty Group manages residential, commercial, and industrial properties, catering to clients across a range of budgets, from affordable land to high-end properties. The firm, which includes 20 agents, is actively expanding and exploring franchise opportunities to extend its reach. Recently, he has begun exploring investments in automatic car washes to diversify the firm’s portfolio. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was honored a Certificate for Outstanding Service in the Department of the Navy in 2001, as well as the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Service Ribbon, Navy “E” Ribbon, and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Eiberger has been involved in real estate intermittently, drawing on his family’s long-standing expertise in the industry. He sees it as a way to support those he cares about, especially veterans and military personnel. After high school, he served in the Navy, later acquiring his first family farm from his uncle upon his retirement. This farming experience led him to a career in sales, where he discovered his passion for helping others. While he briefly managed a restaurant, his true commitment has remained in sales, focusing on assisting those in need. His greatest achievement is his ability to sustain meaningful personal and professional relationships, value a close network, and tackle issues directly. He believes that nurturing these connections is essential to business success, emphasizing respect and support, and placing others first.
Mr. Eiberger attributes his success to a few essential principles. He prioritizes fairness and transparency in managing his agents’ finances, ensuring they are not burdened with unnecessary fees. Building strong, familial relationships with his agents is also central to his approach, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. These values have been key to his achievements. In the coming years, he envisions expanding his company through multiple locations and has engaged attorneys to explore franchising. His goal is to enhance the company’s reputation, broaden its market reach, and create opportunities for others to benefit from its standards.
