Subsequently, he was hired as a junior consultant with Jeb 2016, became a field director for the Congressional Leadership Fund, and was a deputy campaign manager for Georgians for Belle Isle. Over the next five years, Mr. Lester garnered experience as a deputy national field director for the Congressional Leadership Fund, a regional political director for Byrne for Senate, a political strategist for The Lukens Company, the manager of development for the American Legislative Exchange Council and a major gifts officer for the National Right to Life.
A graduate of Huntingdon College in Huntingdon, Indiana, Mr. Lester received a Bachelor of Arts in history with minors in political science and religion in 2015. A collegiate golfer, he became recognized as an Academic All-American by the Golf Coaches Association of America in 2014. Mr. Lester’s educational background has been instrumental to his success.
In addition to his primary career endeavors, Mr. Lester supports his professional through industry-related memberships, including the American Association of Political Consultants, the American Fundraising Professional and the Direct Association of Washington. These affiliations have allowed him to remain abreast of industry trends and network with like-minded individuals.
Civically engaged, Mr. Lester is active in the Sons of the American Revolution and volunteers with Be the Edge ministry. Previously, he was active on Huntingdon College’s alum board of directors from 2021 to 2024. He was also a greeter at the Church of the Highlands between 2018 and 2019, where he remains active as a parishioner.
Mr. Lester’s career has taken him to places like Washington, D.C., Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia, Montgomery, Alabama, and Arlington, Virginia. He credits his professional success to his resilience and belief that there are more challenges than victories in life, so one must learn how to face and overcome them to achieve personal growth. Among other keys to his success in his industry and as a business owner, Mr. Lester notes prioritizing process-oriented approaches to help clients succeed. He also stresses the value of the overall vision and how to balance daily tasks with long-term goals.
Eager for the future of his career, Mr. Lester intends to grow his company’s revenue over the next decade and acquire additional associates to take on the influx of business.
