Laying a strong educational foundation, Mr. Jenkins completed the officer basic course at the United States Army Armor School and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Marquette University in 1984. He furthered his education with a master’s degree in human resource development from The George Washington University in 1996, and has been a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. since 1984. He takes great pride in establishing Microsoft’s consulting services business on the East Coast, recruiting diverse talent to ensure a balanced cultural fit. Additionally, at Walmart, he enhanced applicant processes and led implementation projects across the U.S., the United Kingdom, China, Japan, and South America. Looking to the future, he aims to help organizations improve their talent acquisition processes and enhance candidate experiences, either through his consulting firm or in collaboration with another company.
