He subsequently served with Goldman Sachs from 2004 to 2009, where he advanced to the positions of vice president and group founder of the private equity finance group within the investment banking division. During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, he collaborated with high-profile clients such as Tesla Motors and Knowledge Universe, gaining valuable experience in investing and recapitalizing companies prior to their initial public offerings.
Before embarking upon his professional path, Mr. Finger pursued an education at Brandeis University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in philosophy in 1998. He ultimately concluded his formal studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2010, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. Among his achievements throughout these years, he proudly cites his work on his admissions essay, which outlined a vision for a private equity incubator focused on consumer products that he successfully realized post-graduation. His academic background helped to equip him with analytical skills and a strong ethical foundation that have been instrumental in his entrepreneurial endeavors.
