Mr. Bauer also worked as a full-service financial advisor and registered investment advisor for LPL Financial. Here, he obtained every available investment license and was one of a select few granted discretionary authority to make decisions on behalf of clients. Mr. Bauer’s leadership and expertise were instrumental in managing substantial multimillion-dollar private trusts for clients, showcasing his proficiency in investment management and planning.
Over the next 10 years, Mr. Bauer held the title of principal at MSB Wealth Management in Chicago from 2002 to 2012. He also served as both principal and agent at MSB Life & Wealth Management in Andersonville, Illinois, from 2012 to 2017. Early in his career, he chaired the Highland Park Youth Committee of the Chicago City Council at the age of 21, demonstrating leadership skills that have continued to define his career trajectory. Today, Mr. Bauer remains active with organizations like Equality Illinois and AIDS Awareness. He has also held leadership roles with the Democratic National Committee and the Business Advisory Committee of Chicago.
