She is responsible for developing processes to track, measure and monitor customer experience while training senior managers, managers and field employees on customer service protocols.
Since establishing herself in this role, Ms. Vinton’s most notable achievement has been serving as the company’s growth engine, transforming marketing into a powerful driver of revenue and pipeline development. Recognized by the chief executive officer as the “heart of the company,” she has fueled financial success, created employment opportunities, improved customer operations and positively impacted lives. Before her current position, Ms. Vinton served as a senior vice president of marketing, communications and customer experience at Amerit Fleet Solutions from 2022 to 2026. In this role, she led integrated marketing strategies that elevated brand visibility and enhanced client engagement across multiple channels. Ms. Vinton was promoted to this position after first serving as the vice president of marketing business development between 2015 and 2022. Her efforts contributed significantly to the company’s sustained growth and competitive positioning within the industry. Ms. Vinton was initially hired by Amerit Fleet Solutions as the director of marketing in 2011.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Vinton served as the director of business development and category management at Meyer Corporation from 2009 to 2011, where she was responsible for go-to-market, segmentation, and product and brand strategies for several brands, including KitchenAid and Farberware. Her foundational experience included serving as a senior brand manager at World Kitchen LLC, now Corelle Brands, between 2004 and 2007. There, Ms. Vinton was responsible for managing iconic consumer brands, executing national campaigns and driving product innovation.
Ms. Vinton’s academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1988. This educational foundation provided her with a strong visual communication skill set that has been integral to her success in branding and marketing strategy.
Throughout her career, Ms. Vinton has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to professional development and industry engagement. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association, reflecting her dedication to advancing marketing best practices and fostering professional networks.
