Earlier in 2025, Ms. Bennett served as the GBS engagement lead for global supply chain at Philips, contributing to the company’s global initiatives from its Nashville office. From 2024 to 2025, she held the position of end-to-end project manager, overseeing projects that supported operational excellence. Between 2022 and 2024, Ms. Bennett worked as a manager of reporting and analytics, following her tenure as a reporting and analytics team lead in 2022. Her journey with Philips also included the roles of data analyst, data operations subject matter expert, supply chain analyst and billing support specialist, starting in 2018.

Ms. Bennett’s earlier professional experience included serving as an accounts receivable analyst with LKQ Corporation, a publicly traded Fortune 500 automotive company, in Nashville in 2018, after her work as an accounts payable coordinator at Southern Indiana Tire Inc. in Princeton, Indiana, from 2015 to 2018. Ms. Bennett also excelled as a customer service representative at Fifth Third Bank in Princeton between 2013 and 2015 and held management responsibilities at Walgreens Co. for 10 years, starting in 2005.

In preparation for her career, Ms. Bennett’s educational background included earning an associate degree in business, management, marketing and related support services from East Mississippi Community College in Scooba, Mississippi, in 2007. This academic foundation has provided essential knowledge that underpins her analytical skills and strategic approach throughout her career.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Bennett has demonstrated civic-mindedness through involvement with several organizations, including the American Heart Association, Inc., reflecting a broad commitment to community engagement. Previously, she served as an event coordinator for Habitat for Humanity International’s golf scramble, coordinated the Dining in the Dark event for Foundation Fighting Blindness, and contributed as ticket taker, prize announcer and photographer for Lyles Station events.

Ms. Bennett enjoys speaking about neurodivergence and mental health issues and frequently participates in mental health advocacy within corporate settings. Notably, in 2025, she attended a mental health program for advanced women in Nashville, where she shared insights on supporting employees facing mental health challenges and on creating inclusive spaces for individuals processing diverse experiences.

Throughout her career, one of Ms. Bennett’s most significant professional accomplishments was her role as one of the original architects behind a transformative initiative at Philips’ Nashville headquarters. In January 2026, the company welcomed its global people team and chief people officer from its Netherlands headquarters for a visit. During this event, the chief people officer recognized the Nashville headquarters for having the strongest worldwide reputation for collaborative team culture and a positive work environment among all company locations, with more than 64,000 employees globally. Observing the growth of this initiative over three years remains especially rewarding for Ms. Bennett.

Ms. Bennett attributes her success to the leaders who have mentored her throughout her journey. Their trust in her abilities and their willingness to provide opportunities have been instrumental in helping her realize her potential. Ms. Bennett credits these supportive leaders over the past decade with enabling her continued development and achievement. As a neurodivergent individual, finding an environment where she felt accepted was pivotal for her growth.

Ms. Bennett’s story is defined by resilience, expertise in engagement and culture, dedication to mental health advocacy and a commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces across large organizations. Looking ahead, she aims to establish roles that align with her current responsibilities within large organizations employing 500 or more individuals. She recognizes that workplace challenges and information demands will continue to grow within such environments; therefore, preparing others for these careers is essential. Ms. Bennett believes employee advocates should be seen not only as managers of relationships between companies and their employees but also as supporters of each individual within an organization.
