With more than 35 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Kelly has excelled as the owner of Ericka Kelly Enterprises in Long Beach, California since 2019. Prior to this appointment, she was active as a senior special agent for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She previously began her career in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, advancing to a number of ranks in government and military management and executive leadership including a command chief master sergeant between 1987 and 2019. During this time, Ms. Kelly was appointed as the chief evaluator for aeromedical evacuation in the U.S. Air Force Reserve from 1990 to 2010.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Kelly pursued an education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She subsequently obtained an Associate of Science in health services from the Community College of the Air Force in 2018. She concluded her studies with a Master of Business Administration in military and strategic leadership with a focus in pre-law studies and foreign languages from Trident University International. Having been presented with numerous medals and additional recognitions for her stellar military service, Ms. Kelly hopes to publish a series of books she is currently writing and preparing within the coming years.
