With 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Gonzalez has excelled as the founder, chief executive officer, life and leadership strategist and management consultant for Mindful Performance Blueprint since 2016. Working with Fundacion Juan Felipe Gomez Escobar in 2016, he previously found success as a consultant with the Vanto Group from 2013 to 2015, the co-owner with Wholesales Imports LP from 2012 to 2014 and a licensed personal banker with JPMorgan Chase from 2010 to 2013. Prior to these positions, he served as an assistant manager for Sherwin-Williams from 2008 to 2010 and a wellness consultant for Nikken Latinoamerica from 2002 to 2005. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Gonzalez is incredibly proud of co-creating the first Latin American Conference for Transformation and co-writing the Amazon bestselling book “Unprecedented Results.”
Mr. Gonzalez initially pursued an education at Kennesaw State University, from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and international business in 2006. He concluded his studies at Strayer University in 2014, graduating with a master’s degree in business, management, marketing and related support services after obtaining a master’s degree in organizational leadership. Following these accomplishments, he accrued his license in health and life insurance as well as Series 63 and 6 licensure from FINRA in 2012. Attributing his success to the community around him and the supportive role models that have enabled him to reinvent himself, Mr. Gonzalez hopes to develop Mindful Performance Blueprint into a worldwide brand renowned for leadership development and training within the cultural organizational field.
