While developing his dental equipment wholesale company, he acquired, remodeled, and rented out real estate properties, which led him to start a business focusing on apartment leasing and management. To this end, he owns three properties and four parking lots in Buffalo, New York. With the goal of working toward becoming a successful entrepreneur, he entered the employment world immediately after graduating from high school.
Mr. Soper derives a high level of satisfaction from the numerous accolades he has received for his outstanding performance in sales and management, including Salesman of the Year, Number One Salesman for Sterilizers, Regional Manager of the Year and Manager of the Year. He prides himself greatly on his success in building his business from the ground up, adding equipment sales to the business to facilitate its growth.
Mr. Soper’s strongest motivation to prosper comes from his desire to be financially secure and provide well for his two daughters, who followed in his footsteps and became entrepreneurs. One of his daughters owns a hair salon and tattoo shop, while the other runs a motorcycle accessory and clothing store. Committed to his community, Mr. Roper gives generously to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, as well as local food banks.
