A distinguished entrepreneur and owner of multiple women-owned businesses, Ms. Galvin has excelled as the owner and director of operations for St. Christina’s Ambulance Service LLC since 2011. In this capacity, she focuses her efforts on providing emergency ambulance services, having expanded the business into Orlando, Florida in 2020. In addition, she and her husband also spearheaded St. Christina’s EMS, an ambulance company, in 2008, Sacred Care Transportation in 2012 and Sacred Care Home Health, a home health business, in 2014.
In addition to her primary career efforts, Ms. Galvin is dedicated to giving back to her community as a regular donor to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and volunteering with the local police department to distribute toys to children in need. She has also gotten involved in an additional business venture, Old Bull Investment Group, wherein she makes different investments. She had also recently launched St. Christina’s CPR and Training, where she trains firefights, EMTs and those not involved in emergency services how to do CPR.
In recognition of her professional excellence, Ms. Galvin was honored with a Women of Distinction Award in 2017. Ms. Galvin attributes her success to his family’s support, especially her husband, whose love is unwavering. Her children are also very understanding; they know that sometimes she misses showing up for their game or school because she must be in the ambulance. Looking ahead, Ms. Galvin intends to do more work within the medical field. She also plans to learn more about litigation, with hopes to start a law firm to help those who need legal assistance but cannot afford the expense. For her own professional development, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice at South University in Tampa.
