A former record-breaking boxer driven by his spirituality, Mr. Early has excelled as the founder of New Generation Athlete since 2009. In addition to this position, he has also found success as the founder of California Ave Apparel since 2014. Moreover, he was previously active as a territory representative for Ecolab from 2017 to 2022 and an assistant manager for Cal Ranch Inc. from 2011 to 2015. Beyond his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Early has served as a community volunteer with the Southern California Region chapter of the American Red Cross since 2015, a volunteer with the SPCA Monterey County since 2012 and a community volunteer with the Richmond Police Activities League since 2007.
To support his ambitions in his areas of expertise, Mr. Early pursued an education at the University of Phoenix, from which he obtained a Bachelor of Science in management, a Master of Business Administration and a master’s degree in information systems and information technology. Presently, he is concluding his studies at the University of Phoenix with a doctorate in management and organizational leadership with an emphasis on information systems and technology. As a testament to his stellar accomplishments, he has been recognized among the Top One Percent of 1.4 million students in executive and leadership skills by the National Society of Leadership and Success, inducted into the Order of the Sword & Shield, broke records in boxing and powerlifting and advanced into the U.S. Olympic Trials in football on two occasions. Attributing his success to the mentality he has cultivated through the diversity of life, Mr. Early hopes to continue developing New Generation Athlete into a household name by bettering the lives of their clients in an ethical manner.
