Drawing on a decade of experience, Mr. Esposito is a rising leader in the gaming industry. Specializing in academic gaming, he has served as the president of Imagination Gaming since 2020. The leading educational gaming company is well-regarded for its unique selection of games for kids, adults and families, many of which are based on popular brands and properties. In his leadership position, Mr. Esposito oversees all daily business operations, and he specializes in tracking popular trends in the markets and on social media, which inform his decisions when it comes to creating new products and ideas.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Esposito was the senior director of North American game sales for Spin Master between 2019 and 2020, another well-known kid’s gaming company. Likewise, in 2019, he was the director of the company’s sales and marketing in Canada. In his other professional endeavors, he worked extensively with Cardinal Industries Inc., originally joining as a senior sales manager in 2015 and later serving as the director of sales between 2018 and 2019. At the onset of his career, Mr. Esposito was the senior project manager for MJC Electric Inc. from 2013 to 2014.
Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Esposito pursued a formal education, ultimately achieving a bachelor’s degree in global supply chain management at Clarkson University in 2012. As part of his commitment to his profession, he remains active as a volunteer within The Toy Association Inc., where he regularly participates in toy drives and other charitable events. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Esposito was featured in a recent 2022 article from Yahoo, titled “Imagination Gaming Partners With Bored Ape Community to Launch Ape-Opoly Game.”
Mr. Esposito naturally gravitated towards his chosen career path, having always wanted to become an entrepreneur since he was 12 years old. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his perseverance, as well as his strong relationships with his family and partners. Accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have earned the license to use the Family Feud brand for his company’s games. Looking to the future, Mr. Esposito hopes to continue growing his business on a global scale.
