Well-versed in several professional industries, Dr. Robertson has accrued a fulfilling career of more than 40 years. Well-versed in technology academia, residential and commercial real estate, program management and politics, he has primarily served as a professor at the Colorado Technical University, his alma mater, since 2007. Adjacent to his duties as an educator, he has also operated as the owner of Full Equity Realty and ADR Motors for 15 years. In his other entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Robertson has been a regional distributor for GMX Water Softeners for 18 years, and he is a former owner of Brianna’s Gift and Fine Jewelry. As part of his dedication to his professional pursuits, he also remains affiliated with the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, the National Association of REALTORS, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
As part of his vocational journey, Dr. Robertson cultivated a higher education at the Colorado Technical University. As a student of the institution, he achieved a bachelor’s degree in management information services, master’s degrees in management and in management information systems, a Master of Business Administration and a PhD in management. In addition to his academic credentials, he is also a certified software quality engineer. Prior to beginning his career, Dr. Robertson honorably served in the United States Army Reserve and Air Force Reserve from 1980 to 1992, achieving the rank of staff sergeant prior to retiring. To commemorate his achievements, he was named Educator of the Year in 2010, and he was honored with an award for 25 years of community service.
