From 2000 to 2009, he was the regional chef and Boston chef-partner of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. In 1994, Mr. Carron served as the owner of a California Pizza Kitchen in La Jolla, California.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Carron graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in culinary arts and chef training in 1999. After growing up in Guilford, Connecticut, he began working as a dishwasher at 14. After opening several restaurants, he moved to San Diego, California. Mr. Carron is proud of his continual improvement, as every project he works on is better than the last. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking for and spending time with his family.
