Luke Ho-Hyung Lee, founder of SharedChain, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Business Owners for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of supply chain management.
Hailing from a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, Mr. Lee has earned distinction as the founder and chief executive officer of Ubiquitous Marketplace System Inc., which does business as SharedChain. Recognized for its pioneering role in building a shared system of online logistics, SharedChain has found success through its use of blockchain technology, which has allowed it to provide effective counterfeit protection and automated billing services on behalf of its clients, the majority of which are small suppliers and retailers. Focusing much of his expertise on the area of 3D supply chain process management, Mr. Lee previously served as a freelance international economist for several years, during which time he provided expert counsel and delivered lectures to the Korean Development Institute and the Korea Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, among other organizations.
Having long internalized the lessons of his grandfather, who taught him to distinguish himself through service to others, Mr. Lee studied law in his native South Korea, after which he went on to attend the University of Buffalo School of Management, where he received a Master of Business Administration in marketing in 1986. He also served as a member of the Korean Army for several years, during which time he worked alongside a three-star general from the United States and was lauded for his capabilities. Proud to have invented and implemented a logistical system that can alleviate emerging problems in the world economy, Mr. Lee has garnered several awards, including recognition as one of the Top 10 Young Entrepreneurs in Korea by the Maeil Business Newspaper.
