Mr. Bour is an accomplished financial planning professional with more than two decades of experience to his credit. Since 2021, he has found success as the chief executive officer and founder of Inspire Wealth. He has additionally excelled as the founder and chief executive officer of the Executive Financial Group since 2017. Mr. Bour began his career in the field as a financial advisor for John Hancock Financial Services in 2002, and later worked as a financial services representative for MetLife from 2004 to 2012. He was a small business advisor for the New York Life Insurance Company, a financial planner for Allstate, a senior financial advisor for Huntington National Bank and a financial planning specialist for the Mercury Financial Group. Prior to his current posts, he served as a wealth partner and director of asset protection for Agile Wealth Partners from 2019 to 2021.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Bour attended Saginaw Valley State University and completed coursework in business management, marketing and related support services. He went on to pass the Series 65 exam, or Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination. For his accomplishments, he qualified for MDRT member status with Allstate in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and qualified for the executive council with the New York Life Insurance Company in 2012. To keep abreast of his field, Mr. Bour is a member of the National Ethics Association and the Elite IRA Advisor Group. In his spare time, he enjoys off-roading with his wife and spending time with his family.
