Having been inspired and guided by his father, who also worked in construction, Mr. Weber naturally gravitated toward his chosen career path. To wit, from a young age, he would work alongside his father, who operated as a construction supervisor for many years. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Weber has largely attributed his success to his passion for his profession and dedication to achieving his full potential.
